Although labels can be useful to understanding some of the ways you are feeling and difficult emotions you are going through, many mental health problems overlap and some people feel that labels have a stigma attached to them.

It’s always best to go to your GP about how you’re feeling but below are some more networks and useful websites to find out more about different types of mental health problems and where you can access support.
